Quality Management
The company has in place well-established quality assurance procedures which are subject to regular quality precision engineering audits, both internal and by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.
We have approvals to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 & Aerospace Standard AS9100
In addition to our vigorous in-house audits, customers are invited to review our procedures to ensure we comply with their own quality precision engineering requirements.
We have experience of manufacturing for industries such as Nuclear, Oil, Aerospace, Automotive, Scientific Instruments, Mining, 3 Dimensional Moulds, etc., and are therefore familiar with a wide variety of company standards. Individual quality plans can be configured to suit specific customer requirements.
All our measuring instruments are subject to regular calibration and are traceable back to National Standards.

Ultrasonic and radiographic testing can be supplied on site from one of our approved vendors.
We have 2 Co-ordinate measuring machines with the latest level of LK CAMIO software including interactive graphics package & DMIS engine.
Our LK G80
The G90 Co-ordinate measuring machine is a new high speed and high accuracy machine with a capacity of 2000m/m x 1200m/m x 1000m/m.
We not only use these machines to inspect our own in-house manufacture, but offer a full sub-contract inspection service.
The machines are laser calibrated every 6 months and calibration reports are available for inspection.
Customised inspection reports can be tailored to suit individual customer requirements to help with the analysis of the data obtained.
