CTL project management is the discipline of planning, organising, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives, using EFACS/E8 software.
Quotations, production control, purchasing, resource load scheduling, stock control & material functions are computerised using EFACS/E8 software E-Commerce & web enabled.
This enables us to control our capacity planning and monitor customer requirements, bar charts for individual jobs or a contract can be issued at order placement and are used by our customers for on-going audit & progress purposes.
Weekly status reporting is a standard feature of our service to give up to the minute progress on all orders. Our Production Control & Expediting Departments assure customers of accurate information and on time deliveries.
