Through our supply chain we source cylinder head castings, and make complete including full assembly. Valve seat grinding is also accomplished on site.

CTL has gained experience on the manufacture of many types of con rods, especially on tooth profile of the cap & body joint face. We machine each tooth individually, and inspect using Renishaw probing on the machining centre to ensure a perfect match prior to assembly.
