With a maximum turning capacity of 920mm diameter by 3000mm long, CTL has the capacity to machine large wellhead components and tubing hanger kits for subsea applications. The integrity of components operating in such harsh and critical environments is assured by the robust quality system within our organisation.

Full product traceability and serialisation is an integral part of our manufacturing process. From raw material through to component specific inspection reports, data is compiled to formulate a comprehensive documentation pack to meet specific customer requirements.

We also supply a full Weld Cladding service from our supply chain, along with;

Component manufacture, complex machining, kits supply & mechanical assemblies.

Project management & supply chain integration, with a material spend of over £3.5 million per annum.

In house assembly with full NDT facilities on site to ASNT Level II & PCN Level II.
