Mazak Integrex E650 E-Tower
For all Mill Boring applications, CTL have two large turning machines with 5 axis capability 500mm chucks and complete with mill boring bar stocker to auto change large damped boring bars up to 1m long in full auto cycle. Boring bar range is 120mm diameter, 100mm diameter and 80mm diameter. The mill turning machine has 100 tool ATC and high pressure coolant. Controls are Fusion 640 pro and Matrix. Capable of max turning Diameter of 900mm x 3.0m bed length
