Q:Can you supply complete?
A: We can supply complete to your requirements, or work with your free issue material or a combination of both.

Q:My work has heat treatment, grinding and coating, can you handle this? 
A: Through our own supply chain, we can provide all these services. After receiving your requirements we will select the relevant service best suited to your needs and forward on to your QA department for confirmation.

Q:Can you accept CAD data? 
A: We have PathTrace EdgeCam and can import IGES, DXF and step files either over our broadband connection or by disc.

Q:My customer has very precise witness and hold points - how do you control this requirement?
A: We would prepare a detailed manufacturing quality plan that will observe all your requirements. We regularly organise third party inspection for on-site requirements.

Q: My work has to be shipped directly overseas from the vendor, can you handle this?
A: We currently ship to the American Continents, Eurasia and Europe. We also have a bespoke packing facility that complies with all overseas packing requirements/regulations.

Q: Can you assemble my components? 
A: We have both clean room and workshop assembly facilities that can handle multi-level bills of materials and assemblies from a few ounces to a maximum lift of 20 tonnes.
