CMM Inspection

In House and Sub Contract Metrology Service.

We have 2 LK Co-ordinate Measuring Machines with the latest level of LK Software CAMIO including an interactive graphics package & DMIS engine. The greater capacity is on our LK G80 CMM machine has a measuring capability of 3000m/m x 1500m/m x 1750m/m.

Our newest addition to our inspection facility is the G90 model which has a high speed and high accuracy capacity of 2000m/m x 1200m/m x 1000m/m.

We not only use these machines to inspect our own in house components, but offer a sub-contract inspection service, as many customers require inspection reports from an independent source.

The machines are laser calibrated every 6 months and calibration reports are available for inspection.

Customised inspection reports can be tailored to suit individual customer requirements to help with the analysis of the data obtained.

The CMM inspection service is run on a permanent dayshift & nightshift basis.
