DIANICHI DAINICHI M112 x 4.0m HEAVY DUTY CNC LATHE This heavy-duty machine is capable of turning 715m/m (28.1”) diameter over the saddle or 1120m/m(44”) diameter over the slideways and has a bed length of 4300m/m(14ft). The machine is equipped with an exceptional deep boring capability, and has three heavy-duty vibration damped boring bars. The first type is mounted from the toolpost for shallow depths, and the two large types are mounted on an auxiliary cross slide bar holder that will take bars of 145m/m & 200m/m diameter with a boring depth of 1650m/m(65”). A full range of steady rests that can accept a maximum diameter up to 32” supports this facility. The machine is serviced with a 5 tonne overhead crane and has it’s own full-length swarf conveyor and high-pressure coolant system. An auxiliary milling head enables detailed internal milling up to 24” deep into the pre-turned bores to be carried out in the same set-up.

HEID HEID S500 SLANT BED CNC LATHE A superbly robust and powerful Austrian machine, 58Kw (75 hp) with high accuracy scales. The machine is fitted with SMW hydraulic fully programmable self centering steady up to 300m/m dia and a large manual steady up to 550m/m dia. The tailstock centre and steadies are programmable.The machine is capable of turning 535m/m dia x 2250m/m long with a max’ work piece weight of 5 tonnes. Complete with Siemens 820 control.

POWERMASTER YAMAZAKI POWERMASTER 2000 UNIVERSAL CNC LATHE Flat bed lathe with a 500m/m hydraulic chuck and well equipped with steadies and boring bars. Steadies up to 24" dia 2200m/m bed length. 50hp. Fanuc 6Tb CNC control.

POREBA POREBA M930 TRP x 4.0m HEAVY CNC LATHE This heavy-duty 40hp machine is capable of turning 650m/m (25.59”) diameter over the saddle or 930m/m(36.6”) diameter over the slideways. This machine has a turning length of 4000m/m (13’ 1”). Also fitted with two 400m/m steady rests and special purpose, heavy duty deep hole boring capability with damped tuned bars. Complete with fanuc OT control.
