Y50B MAZAK INTEGREX 50YB Smaller version of the E Tower with 450m/m dia’ chuck and 1.5m bed length and 120 tool atc. This machine has an SMW autoblok type steady rests that range from 45m/m to 310m/m. Turning capacity of 500m/m dia  x 1500m/m in length.

E650 & E650 II MAZAK INTEGREX E650 E-TOWER Two larger Millturn Machines with 5 Axis Capability 650 m/m dia chuck and complete with boring bar stocker to auto change large boring bars in full auto cycle. Boring bar range is 120m/m dia, 100m/m dia and 80m/m dia. Both machines have 120 tool ATC and high pressure coolant. Control on both machines is Mazak Fusion 640 M Pro and Mazak Matrix on the later machine. Both machines fitted with SMW autoblok type steady rests that range from 135m/m to 460m/m. Max turning dia’ of 920m/m x 3000m/m in length. Maximum component weight 5 tonnes
